These terms apply to everything you buy from thegrowcademy.com. Please read them before you place an order. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Copyright Notice and Privacy Policy also form part of our agreement with you.

Our products
We sell digital products, such as planners, guides, affirmation audios and online courses, and physical products that are printed to order, such as clothing.
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and our images are for illustration, so please check the product description for details such as sizes, formats and what's included.
Placing an order
After you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Your order is accepted when we make your download available to you or when we dispatch your physical item.
We may not be able to accept an order, for example if a product can't be delivered to your address, if we can't authorise your payment or suspect it may be fraudulent, or if there has been an error in a price or product description. If we can't accept your order, we'll let you know and you won't be charged, or we'll refund you in full if payment has already been taken.
Prices and payment
The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Any taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Our prices may change from time to time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
If we find an error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before accepting your order, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
If you choose to pay with Klarna or another payment provider, your agreement with that provider is also subject to its own terms.
Digital products
Your download is made available as soon as your payment is confirmed. At checkout you'll be asked to agree to this, and to acknowledge that it means you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. This doesn't affect your rights if a file is faulty or not as described.
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product, as explained in our Copyright Notice.
Physical products and delivery
We currently deliver physical products to the UK and the United States only. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how long delivery usually takes. Physical items are our responsibility until they're delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights to cancel, return and get a refund, including what happens if something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all.
Because physical items are printed to order, production usually starts soon after you order. If you'd like to cancel before your item is dispatched, please email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't gone into production, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has, our Returns and Refunds Policy explains your options once it arrives.
Using our content
Our products and website content are protected by copyright. Our Copyright Notice explains how you can use what you buy from us.
Our responsibility to you
If we don't keep to these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
Our products are for personal use. We're not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your legal rights as a consumer.
Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier strikes or severe weather. If this happens, we'll let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you can contact us to cancel and receive a refund for anything you haven't received.
Changes to these terms and our website
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in place when you placed it. We may also change or remove products or website content, but this won't affect orders we've already accepted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, these terms don't remove any consumer protections you have under the law of your own country.
General
If a court decides that any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest of the terms will still apply.
