Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice

Everything created by The Growcademy is protected by copyright. That includes our planners, PDF guides, affirmation audios, online courses, the designs on our printed products, and the content of this website. All rights are reserved by Jean Nkesi trading as The Growcademy.

When you buy from us, you're buying a licence to use the product for yourself. You aren't buying the copyright or ownership of the design, audio or written content.

What you're welcome to do

You can print our planners and printables as many times as you need for your own personal use, at home or at work. You can use the digital editions in your own note-taking apps on your own devices. You can listen to our affirmation audios and read our guides for your own encouragement and growth. And you're very welcome to share photos of your planner pages in use on social media. We'd love to see them, so please tag us.

What we ask you not to do

Please don't share, forward, upload or resell our files, whether for payment or for free. That includes file-sharing sites, social media groups and shared drives. Please don't copy, adapt or reproduce our designs, audio or written content, in whole or in part, or present any of it as your own work. The designs on our printed products are also protected, so they mustn't be reproduced on other items.

If someone you know would enjoy one of our products, we'd be grateful if you pointed them to our shop so they can get their own copy.

Using our products with a team, group or church

If you'd like to use our products with a team at work, a small group or a church, please email hello@thegrowcademy.com and we'll be happy to talk about a licence that suits you.

Our name

The Growcademy name and logo, and The Grow by Design Planner name, belong to us and may not be used without permission.
