All prices are quoted in the currently specified at the checkout and where VAT is payable this is clearly indicated at checkout.
Payment is processed via our secure payment gateway provided by Paypal, Debit/Credit Card, Klarna, Google Pay etc and their terms and conditions will also apply to purchases you may via this site.

Right to Cancel
Physical products: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“Cancellation Period”), subject to the terms below. To cancel, please contact us at hello@thegrowcademy.com or via our website, before the end of the Cancellation Period.
Digital services: Where you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your contract for digital services within 14 days from the day the contract is formed, unless:
You acknowledged that your right to cancel would be lost once the service began or the digital content was accessed; and
You have explicitly consented to us starting the service or providing access to digital content during the cancellation period.
Return of Goods
Physical products: If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Digital services: Where you are a consumer, if you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed or downloaded the digital content, a full refund will be issued. However, if you have accessed or started using the digital content, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and no refund will be issued. Refunds
